Deco medusa
It all started with the piece I had to design for “Ecentri-city”exhibition in 2012. Each of the artists received an image from the fellow show-participant to take inspiration from and reflect in the standing piece for the show. On my image – there was a jelly-fish. In my mother language, jelly-fish is called Medusa – hence the name of the piece. My Medusa, when ready, reminded me of designs popular in Art-Deco era and this is how the Deco-medusa collection started and expanded with several new Deco inspired pieces.
